Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Pay in cash when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities receive orders in 2–3 working days; other areas in 3–5 working days. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Is delivery free?
Yes — delivery is completely FREE on all orders, everywhere in Pakistan. No minimum order and no hidden charges — you only pay for your products.
Are your products original?
100% yes. This is the official RNS Rise n Shine store, and every product is genuine, sealed and quality-checked before dispatch.
Can I return a product?
Yes — unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy page for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Which product is right for my skin?
