Return & Refund Policy
At RNS Cosmetic (RNS Rise n Shine) we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Easy 7-Day Returns
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging with seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at infornsoffical@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Our team will guide you on the courier return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or bank account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).
Exchanges
Want a different product instead? We are happy to exchange any eligible item — just mention it when you contact us.
