How to Use:

1. Mix the Blonder Powder with the developer as directed, in a non-metallic bowl, until smooth.
2. Apply evenly to clean, dry skin.
3. Leave for 10–15 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry. Avoid contact with eyes.
